Socialization is important when teaching your dog good manors. Introduce your dog to many different people, animals, surfaces, and situation.

It is important that your dog have positive experiences to build their confidence and trust, that you are always in control so that they do not need to be afraid or aggressive.

​

For every one negative experience your dog has you should have five similar positive experience to replace the one negative.
